Annex LED ceiling light with crystal reflector
Designer Annex ceiling light with crystal glass reflector and COB LEDs Geometrically shaped; a clear and reduced colour palette; impressive lighting – meet the Annex LED ceiling light. The light shines from a conical, light-permeable moulded silicone component. The COB LEDs sit behind this and shine evenly towards the reflector below. This reflector breaks up the light into a thousand pieces – nothing is better suited to this role than cut crystal glass. The fact that it is this material that has been chosen to complement the design of the ceiling light only goes to show the emphasis that was placed on creating a lighting atmosphere to suit Annex’s surroundings. The star-shaped pattern of light, which is created by the numerous reflections around the light on the ceiling, creates an elegant addition to the flat general lighting and the decorative touch provided by Annex. In order to frame the illuminating heart of the light, a closed, conical glass body has been placed around it. This serves to better stage the light emitted by Annex. It also lends a crowning finish to the overall look of the light. The Annex designer light is just one of many masterpieces created by the Frankfurt product designer Uwe Fischer, whose work also includes creating an exhibition hall at the summit station of the Zugspitze.
