Both the end of the shades and the counterweights hanging in the ropes are designed in matt and polished brass, which gives a high-quality impression. The glass shades are in the basic shape of an ellipse and house the LEDs that send warm light downwards. Palais is best suited to illuminate a dining room table. The brightness can be regulated by means of a phase-cut dimmer (not included). High-quality materials such as solid brass, stainless steel and both mouth-blown opal glass and centrifugal glass specially developed for B+M are used for the production.
