The white lacquer on the ceramic parts of the lamp is applied using a special process and the rusty look of the metal is of course intentional. To this striking texture of the material is added the design of the model C1677/1, which is clearly kept in retro look. The spotlights are fitted with a kind of metal basket to protect the bulb - a detail that experienced its wedding at the beginning of electric lighting.
