Book shelf and lighting in one: floor lamp Alfred The designer floor lamp Alfred is practical in two respects. On the one hand, it is a light fitting which is particularly suitable for use as a reading light in the living room. On the other hand, it also offers two storage surfaces and can thus be used as a little shelf. It is precisely when the light is being used as a reading light beside the sofa or an arm chair that it proves to be particularly practical to have a small storage space for books or newspapers and magazines nearby. The lampshade of the floor lamp can be practically inclined in different directions, allowing the beam of light to be directed directly downwards or further into the room. The two designers Stefano Bizzarri and Claudio Cinti designed the floor lamp Alfred. Bizzarri and Cinti create designs for the Italian light manufacturer Karman which manufactures its lights exclusively in Italy and boasts extraordinary designs.
