The lamp’s shape is vaguely reminiscent of an elegantly laced loop. This impression is created by the two aluminium profiles, each of which describes a gentle curve in the middle. The juxtaposing of the two profiles ensures that the view is also released on the inner surfaces of the profiles, which are effectively illuminated by the incident LED light. The aluminium profiles have been coated with wafer-thin metal leaf, which is responsible for the characteristic surface structure. Even when switched off the silvery shimmering light makes a very noble impression, which is reinforced by numerous reflections with the light on. If you do not want to forego variable brightness ratios, you can use the trailing or leading edge dimmer to match the LEDs, which incidentally have an excellent CRI 90 points, with seamless dimming. The fact that the LEDs, which are integrated into the aluminium tube running in the middle between the two profiles, emit their light in both directions, in other words both upwards and downwards, allows the ceiling lamp to fully unfold its lighting effect. While the direct light is used for bright room lighting, the indirect light gives the room more intense depth.
