The special thing about it is that it is made of concrete. The shade can be swivelled and thus aligned to the area to be illuminated. There is also an on/off switch on the wall mount. Simplicity and natural materials are the credo of the two Danish designers Nørgaard & Kechayas, who have developed and produced the lamp series Material together with the manufacturer New Works from Copenhagen.
