Hanging light Flapflap Single with a switch on the cable The designer hanging light Flapflap Single is a model which breaks with many conventions or redefines categories. Although it is declared as a hanging light and actually has to be mounted and connected to a ceiling connection, its appearance suggests something different. The external shape suggests a table lamp. The slightly conical lampshade and the typically small, baroque, curved base give the light the appearance of a table lamp or even more specifically of a bedside table lamp. Flapflap Single can actually be used as a bedside table lamp, provided that there is a ceiling connection above the bedside table. Otherwise, Flapflap offers everything that a table lamp offers - a switch on the cable as well as its appearance. The designer Constantin Wortmann developed the Flapflap series of lights for the Cologne-based lighting manufacturer. Since 2005, the company’s Production and Sales departments have been located in the metropolis on the Rhine, where lights “Made in Germany” have been produced since then. Energy efficiency class:A++
