Here AC-585 can be installed on ceilings or walls. The air purifier is equipped with fans that suck the room air into the device and expel it. Air disinfection takes place in the inner chamber, where the introduced air is irradiated by four special UV-C lamps. Their light renders 99.9% of viruses and bacteria harmless, so that AC-585 reduces the load of aerosol-borne germs in the room air and thus significantly reduces the risk of spreading infectious diseases such as flu or colds. No harmful radiation is emitted to the outside during operation, and no ozone is formed. If the housing is opened, an integrated circuit breaker ensures that UVC operation is stopped immediately. In addition, the AC-585 operates particularly quietly.
