The Wagenfeld table lamp based on an original design - history and quality made in Germany Only the company TECNOLUMEN is allowed to produce the re-edition of the original table lamp authorised by Professor Wagenfeld. Its authenticity is verifiable, based on the characteristic features of this lighting product. This includes the more or less hemispherical lampshade made of hand-blown opal glass, which extends with a fine border made of nickel-plated metal to the rod and round base plate. Another quality feature here is the characteristic grommet on the socket, at which the black pull-cord is located, with which the Wagenfeld table lamp can be turned on and off. At the end of the cord is also a nickel-plated bead. Connected to the round metal base is the braided black textile cable of the power cable, which seems to disappears seamlessly in the black-painted base of this model. Only the combination of these individual components guarantees the authenticity of this designer product. For verification purpose, each lamp bears the TECNOLUMEN/BAUHAUS stamp under the black base plate and is consecutively numbered. The Wagenfeld table lamp is more than a lighting product. It is a lamp with which a period of German history is integrated in the space in which it is located.
