This light was originally designed for the five-star hotel ME Milan Il Duca. Il Duca is an ultra-modern, luxury hotel in the centre of Milan. Even the lighting has to meet the high expectations of the guests. Italian designer Nicola Gallizia was commissioned to design lighting for the sleeping areas in the rooms. Whilst Duca initially only existed in the form of a table lamp, the design was later adapted to produce a wall light to illuminate the corridors of the hotel. The Superlana LED table lamp has been designed by the traditional Italian company Oluce, which has been designing and producing designer lights for over 70 years.
