The two side arms, on each of which there are two lampshades, as there are in the centre, are intended for a flexible arrangement. This means that they can be pivoted as desired and that a Z-shaped arranged is possible, as well as a straight line. All that is required for this is a normal wall switch, and no accessories or any kind of complicated installation are necessary. You have to press the switch twice in quick succession (within two seconds) when the light is turned on to start the dimming process. The light will slowly get darker and darker (100 - 10 %). If you would like to stop the dimming process because the desired level of brightness has been achieved, you must press the switch quickly for a second time and the selected level of brightness will be retained.
