This alone sets the light apart from the usual ideas, but the two Italian designers Valerio Sommella and Alberto Saggia even go one step further: As a fine highlight, there is a slim brass bar protruding out of Kushi. Corresponding with the spherical design of the diffuser, this table lamp resembles an apple that is lit up from the inside, comprised of a double-layered glass. This is additionally etched, allowing it to emit light glare-free. The light is excellently suited for a night stand, but could also fulfil its potential in a living room, on the coffee table. The warm white LEDs produce pleasant lighting at all times of day.
