This means that it can also be used when there is no power source nearby.The built-in LEDs emit a universal white light. Set to "On", this solar wall light switches on automatically at dusk and lights up permanently.The "Dim" setting ensures that Moon lights up permanently with low intensity and when movement is detected, it lights up with full power.
