Luxa Fire Flame Lamp with Red LEDs
Beware of cheap imitations, these fire lamps are fitted with two silky flames, and a high quality red amber bulb with dichroic filter, which produces a realistic spectrum of firelight colour. This design has an added band of red LEDs around the base, which is more effective than the unbanded version when using in a fireplace as it adds an extra red glow that can give the effect of glowing coals. Most fire lamps have a single triangular flame, these have two flame shaped silks that are incandescent, so the light shines through the fabric, not just reflecting off as is the case in lower quality lamps.
