Single-light wall lamp Mercer A of glass and cotton with chrome-plated bracket The wall lamp Mercer A is supported by an angled bracket made of chrome-plated iron. On this sits the cylindrical shade of blown glass, in which the diffuser of cotton stands upright. At the top of it are small arms, on which an opal white disc is placed as another diffuser, so that the light is also slightly diffused upwards. Mercer has a socket for a separately available E14 bulb (see accessories). Its design was created by Joan Gaspar and Javier M. Borrás, who with this series pursued the ambitious goal of visually overhauling luminaires with conventional design not only through the use of different materials, but primarily through their composition. Mercer lives up to this ambition with its elegant appearance that conveys a sense of lightness.
