MARSET Mercer A wall light glass and polyester
Wall lamp Mercer A with blown glass shade, chrome fixture and diffuser The designers Joan Gaspar and Javier M. Borrás are to thank for the fact that the wall lamp Mercer A, whose design was already created in 2005, seems to float. The main focus of the design was not on the different materials per se. Rather, the way in which the various components were arranged was intended to create a novel design without relying on extravagant shapes. A white diffuser made of polyester, which stands upright in the shade made of hand-blown glass, ensures a pleasant lighting effect. From above, an opal white disc is additionally applied, so that the light also shines slightly diffused upwards. Mercer is designed for an E14 bulb, which can be purchased separately through the accessories. For mounting serves a rectangular bracket made of iron, which was covered with a finish in chrome and holds this glass wall lamp securely to the wall.
