Industrial inspired pendant lamp Zenc - Design: Joan Gaspar The creator of this aesthetic and slightly industrial looking pendant lamp, Joan Gaspar, was inspired by the water tanks used on the roofs of buildings since the 19th century during a stay in New York, creating a very special light source for ambient or area lighting, for example above a dining table. The shade looks as if it were made of zinc, the metal traditionally used to make these water tanks. Even the joints are visible. However, the shade is made of double-layer polyethylene and painted white on the inside for optimal light reflection.
