A bright 5 LED torch that is kept permanently charged whilst sitting in its charging cradle which simply plugs into a regular wall socket. In the event of a power-cut it will automatically turn on at 10 lumens, you can then remove it from the cradle and use it as a torch with a more powerful 60 lumens of light.
