If you want to switch this lamp on, you will look in vain for a normal switch, because amazingly, the shade itself functions as a switch. This means that in order to switch the lamp on and off, you only have to turn the shade a little. The design is also of the highest standard, as the metal lampshade and the frame are in black and therefore look particularly elegant and timeless. Behind the special design switches is the Japanese design studio Nendo, which designed the lamp on behalf of the Italian premium manufacturer Oluce. The main idea was to merge form and functionality of the lamp.
