The recess needs to have a diameter of between 16.8 cm and 17.8 cm. IP44 designates that Piet can be used in moisture-prone rooms without issue, as the light is sufficiently protected from dirt and water. In addition, you do not need to decide which luminous colour will best suit the room in advance – you can wait until you install the light to make the decision whether the room will look best with warm white (3,000 K - 1,600 lumens), cool white (4,000 K - 1,660 lumens) or daylight (6,000 K - 1,720 lumens).
