Medusa - Designer wall lamp in luxurious chandelier design Inspired by classic crystal chandeliers from the turn of the century, designer Nigel Coates created the Medusa series of lamps for the Italian lighting manufacturer Slamp. The wall lamp Medusa consists of a central cylinder and four projecting arms made of Christalflex® and Opalflex®, both patented materials developed by Slamp itself, as well as a wall element made of stainless steel. An internal mirror in the luminaire causes several fragments of light to stand out in the surroundings. Rich hangings with sparkling, transparent crystal drops complete the fascinating light effect of the wall lamp and the stylish, exclusive look. Medusa is a product of the Italian lighting manufacturer Slamp. The company, founded in 1992 by Roberto Ziliani and headquartered in Rome, produces lighting creations that are characterized by innovative materials developed and patented by the company itself with a unique effect in combination with light.
