Glossy LED floor lamp in the Bauhaus style This LED floor lamp has an unusual design, which is based on models from the Bauhaus period. It is a faithful copy of the original. Noteworthy is the counterbalance, which is very typical of that time period and determines the angle of the light. It is made of nickel-plated metal. With its design the floor lamp is not only a light source but also an impressive piece of furniture. The Bauhaus was founded by Walter Gropius in 1919 as an art academy and characterises a functional design, which has led to many famous works. The company which created this unique piece has specialised in recreating classics from the Bauhaus period.
